The Catholic church does not approve of such things. Catholics believe from the moment of conception the embryo is a human baby, and IFV disposes embryos.
As soon as they take the embryo out of the woman, everything goes down hill. They might just straight out destroy the embryo for no reason at all. Some, however, freeze the embryo until they need or want to use it. Other people may do stem cell research on the embryo. Also, the embryo might be accidentally placed in the wrong woman.
